Does this sound look like a good fantasy plot? should I continue?

Rebecca "Becca" Tillson is very suspicious when new girl Rosie Chandler arrives in the small town of Sedona, Washington. What Becca doesn't know is that Rosie is a shifter. she can enter people's minds and control them, their thoughts, their voice. When Becca finds out about Rosie's gift she becomes in touch with her own power that is stronger then she knows. What do you think? should i continue?
