I am 13 yrs old and im at risk of being overweight...i need a workout schedule?

Im only 25 pounds over weight im not over weight but im at risk...so i want to know how to help myself i eat fast food like 3 times a week umm....i go to athletics at school for 1 hour...we run, lift weights, and play basketball....i just want to know how long i need to work out after that and what i should eat and how to cut down eating alot?...please help thx
