I need some help with College Finances?

ok so ive applied for about 4 or 5 scholorships i cant get grants anymore because the gvrnment already paid for the course and i have to retake it becuse i failed. ive applied for scholarships but everyone that i apply to hasn't gotton bacj=k to me yet and i need the money before i have to take the cl otherwise i have to drop out and i rly dont want to do that can someone pls tell me a site where they tell u like the next day weather youve won and you need more info or help me out with finding something that can help im not wrking because i cant handle going to skl coming home and studying and doing hw for my other cl sleep and work all at once pls im desperate i nedd hlp!!!!!!!!!!
