My package?

being completely honest im about 5 1/2 inches long. Im a freshmen in high school and i would say that i am a really late bloomer. ( i just hit puberty at the end of 8th grade.) How do girls react to size, should i hold myself back from relationships because I am worried theyll think its small? and what is average at this age?
