WHAT CAN I USE FOR SUNBURN ?

its summer over here in new zealand. the problem is that we have no ozone layer so the sun is extremely powerful (usually averages about 14 on the UV index) so most sunblocks dont work. i was just wondering if any one could tell me some good sun screens or other products which would work over here.
